Looking for a great supplier?

For those of you who are jewelers or crafters and are in need of supplies/tools or display/packaging material, I have a great supplier to recommend.

They have EVERYTHING you could imagine and great prices! You have to open an account if you want to order from them or if you want to see their prices on-line. This can be done on-line as well as by phone. If you are outside the US you will probably have to phone in to register an account. (I'm did and I'm Canadian)
Its worth opening an account just for the catalogs! They have huge, glossy, full color catalogs with detailed explanations about tools/supplies as well as useful tips on almost every page. (on-line they list a price for the catalogs but I have never had to pay, I think if you are a customer then you must automatically receive them in the mail. I have been getting every catalog at no charge for years... but I am also a faithful customer.

Rio Grande not only offers everything under the sun for artists/crafters but they also have a Live Chat offered weekdays to answer any technical questions about tools and about specific techniques that you may need advice on. I have used this several times as I hate using the phone.
